Order of the Day, addressed to Col.-Gen. Petrov, announces that troops of the Fourth Ukrainian Front, on October 26, on the territory of the Czechoslovak Republic, captured the industrial centre of the Carpatho-Ukraine, the town of Mukacevo, an important junction of communications and strongpoint of the enemy defences in the southern spurs of the Carpathians.
