Journal published in Moscow by the Soviet Union Society for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries (VOKS).  It started publication as Soviet Culture Bulletin, but in 1932, its second year of publication, it was renamed and reorganized into an illustrated monthly published in English, French, and German.
