It is necessary that everyone: men, women, and children work at fortifying streets, houses, and public buildings; let the entire population participate with courage and abnegation and support the glorious Forces Françaises de l'Intérieur. Form everywhere your groups of PATRIOTIC MILITIAS! Attack is the best defense. Harass the enemy!

VICTORIOUS PARIS SALUTES, IN THE PERSON OF GENRAL DEGAULLE, FRANCE MAINTAINED, THE VICTORIOUS RESISTANCE, the armed struggle that saved the country
The people of the capital demonstrated, in the joy of re-found liberty, its determination to see the war continued until the enemy is crushed, traitors punished, and the country united and master of its future.
The bandits of the Fifth Column continue the perfidious attacks against the patriots, but they are killed without mercy by the troops, the FFI, and the Patriotic Militias, into whose ranks the Parisians are rushing.
