CITIZENS:
It is pointless to spell out our principles. At this supreme hour, France and especially Paris is going to vote under the pressure of Prussian bayonets. Be firm and resolute. Show no weakness; unity alone can triumph over the enemies of the republic.
People, be alert and vote together!
