The nine statements that follow were made at various times by the Israeli Socialist Organization. Each discusses a particular issue that was urgent at the time of the declaration. Most of these are angry responses to the implications and results of the June 1967 war; all of them express a political platform advocating a socialist solution to the Middle East crisis.
