26/X.
[1] Written in connection with D. I. Kursky’s conclusion on the question of a concession for the Swedish S.K.F., proposing two variants for an additional agreement on the controversial issue of ball-bearing warehouses nationalised by the Soviet slate. On October 27, 1921, the Politbureau of the R.C.P.(B.) Central Committee recognised as desirable the continuation of the talks with the Swedish, company and conclusion of an agreement on the basis of one of Kursky’s variants.
