Comrade Chicherin,
The bearer, Comrade Latukka, is a Finnish Social-Democrat, who was a great help to us when we were in hiding in Finland.[1] He should now be given every possible assistance. He would like to go to Switzerland.
Please have a talk with him and help him in realising his wish and find a place for him at the Embassy. He is a journalist.
Yours,
Lenin
[1] Lenin lived at the house of Latukka in Vyborg from September 17 (30) to October 7 (20), 1917, after the July events, when he went into hiding to avoid persecution by the bourgeois Provisional Government.
